Health insurance- already have a claim?

Hi all; Just a question about health insurance as I’m a bit new to the concept as only 18…
I need to use an insurance company other than axa or bupa. I already have a recognised problem (bunions) which i need an operation on. Are there any insurance companies that will let me join with the problem and then (even if I have to wait a year or something) let me claim for it?

Yes, The Pru will allow for certain conditions and generally there is no ‘waiting’ period before you can claim either.
